Shawn is a great host, and the home is decent. He was very helpful getting us settled in, even had access to garage parking, we felt secure in the property. unfortunately the area has a significant crime & homeless problem. My family was abruptly woken up several times at night by the business directly behind property yelling & blaring sirens on loud speaker at the homeless to leave property. Might not be an issue for most people but it just wasn’t for us.

I had a beautiful, amazing experience. The house was amazing. I wish the pool was heated for we could’ve enjoyed it a little bit more but other than that the overall experience was great and great communication from the host.

We had a great time at this home, it was big enough to fit our entire group comfortably. Would love to visit again in the summer to enjoy the yard and pool 🙂

This air b and b was clean and equipped with lots of towels, bedding, activities, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry and parking. The pool was well maintained, the pool chairs were a little dirty and recommended sitting on a towel. No pool heater, so the pool was too cold to use in December. Location was about a 20+ minute ride to Freemont or strip depending on traffic. Close walking distance to a Walgreens, smiths grocery and other restaurants. The neighborhood was very dirty, lots of garbage in the streets, homeless people and can hear sirens all night long.

Our stay went well. The property looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were very responsive and the instructions they provided were clear and worked perfectly. The location is walking distance to some restaurants and just across the street from a grocery store while the neighborhood itself was peaceful and quite.

Our stay was good! It was enough rooms for everyone and everybody was comfortable. The area was very quiet and peaceful! The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. And everything looks exactly like the photos! the location is convenient there’s plenty of store’s and restaurants in the surrounding area and it’s extremely peaceful! The owners of the property are great and will respond very swiftly when you email, text or call. They were super attentive and made sure we had a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend!!

First of all, my total was over $1500.00. Not sure why it won’t let me put that on the amount. My stay was the worst experience I and my family have had with Airbnb. And the customer service was just plain disrespectful. All they were concerned with was me not leaving a bad review and asked me not to leave a review so they wouldn’t be kicked off the platform (their words!) From the moment we entered the house we could smell sewer! As we entered my wife tripped on the floor that was lifted up. The entire flooring was bubbled up and coming up. It was bulging in many places and a safety concern. The amount of dust in the blow dryer and the vents were so caked on that it was doing nothing when they turned on. The listing said FIREPLACE and neither inside nor outside worked. When I complained o was sent a YouTube video for me to learn how to operate and the video wasn’t even the same fireplace (very unsafe) a lot more to add but I’m out of available characters!

House was nice and spacious. Price was pretty affordable. Definitely booking again for my Vegas trips!

The home was everything we expected and more. I specifically remember saying the beds here might have been the most comfortable I’ve ever had in an AirBnb. It was very clean and spacious. The communication with the hosts was constant and clear. Great stay.

The home was very clean. The only problem was that there was an alarm always going off 4 am and 6am in the home not why . There were homeless people around the home sometimes didn’t feel safe.

체크인 시 청소가 되어 있지 않아 당황하였지만, room condition 과 구비 물품들이 잘 준비되어 있어 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 휴지와 수건 등 물품이 떨어졌을 때에 신속히 대처해 주어서 어려움 없이 지냈습니다. 수영장이 꽤 깊고 물이 없었는데, 쓰레기 등이 바닥에 있어 보기에 좋지 않았습니다. 그리고 자칫 위험할 수 있어서 대안이 필요해 보입니다. 그 외 아름다운 풍경과 가까운 마트 위치로 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 고맙습니다.

Great place for long term stay without being too close to the strip. Well stocked and really good communication. Safe and clean.
